The Island of Kea (also called Tzia) is considered the natural bridge of communication of the mainland of Greece with the Cyclades. With a perimeter of roughly 85 kilometres and a total surface of 131 square kilometres, Kea is one of the biggest Cycladic islands. Furthermore, Kea is the most western cycladic island and the nearest to Athens and Attica.
The harbour of Kea abstains only 16 miles from the port of Lavrion, a distance covered in less than 30 minutes by speedboat or 60 minutes by regular ship.
Lavrion stands only 15 minutes by car from Athens International Airport. By helicopter Kea abstains less than 10 minutes from the Airport.
Our property is located in Koundouros region - only 19 kilometres from the harbour (Korissia) and 13 kilometres from the town of Kea (Ioulis).
Koundouros is the most famous region of the island, known for its natural beauty, crystal clear waters and the luxury houses and villas of all celebrities Athens. At the same time Koundouros bay is a milestone for the boats because he is protected from the wind.
